The story
The jet that stunned Paris
Sukhoi designed the Su-27 to match the best Western fighters, and it did. Long range, huge agility and a twin-tail silhouette made it an icon of the Cold War.
In 1989 a Su-27 stunned the Paris Air Show with the Cobra, rearing its nose past vertical and dropping back into level flight. Our kit wears a striking digital blue camouflage.
