30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@aerolegends.co with your order number
- We'll provide return instructions
- Ship the item back following the instructions provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery

Return Shipping
For standard returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged or defective items, we cover all costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, the order may already be in processing.
